


Use the Archive
The Archive aims to ensure that access to the collections is as effective, efficient and informed as possible. We provide access to the collections to individuals and groups, on-site at NLW and beyond.We try to ensure that the Archive is as accessible as possible to everyone:

Groups - educational and community
Organisations and Charities
Companies - including television companies
Viewing and Listening
The Archive provides a viewing and listening service to the public at the Archive's new office complex at The National Library of Wales.The Archive provides copies of some categories of items for remote viewing purposes to users for specific uses and subject to certain conditions.
NSSAW is part of the BUFVC (British Universities Film and Video Council) initiative for the provision of material for higher education throughout Britain.
Commercial Services
We provide a professional commercial service to those wishing to thoroughly research the collection and make commercial use of the Archive.Latest commercial rate card (Updated 04/06)
Other forms of Access
Visits
We welcome students, societies and organisations to visit the Archive at the Drwm facility or the Archive's new offices at NLW.The team accepts invitations from external groups and societies. We organise community shows and take part in annual meetings, festivals and relevant events across Wales and beyond.
Provision of Material for Screenings or External Exhibitions
We can provide material for film shows, festivals and events.We can also provide material for inclusion in exhibitions on a wide range of themes and subjects.
